Bedal Creek

Henry M. Jackson Wilderness

July 2002

Bedal Creek isin the Henry M. Jackson Wilderness Area, about 60 miles NE of Seattle. This hike was on a semi-overgrown trail, one no longer maintained by the Forest Service. It is mostly a climber's approach trail to Sloan Peak.

It was a misty day, and the overgrown, wet brush ensured we were soaked on the way up. The hike was mostly forest, became very steep towards the end, and due to the lowcloud cover the views were limited.
